Registration Fees (One banquet dinner ticket is included with each fee.)

* DOE will cover a portion of the Retired/Emeritus and the Graduate Student registration fees to encourage participation for these specified individuals.

**One Day registrants please select the day of the week you will attend the conference.

Food and Drink: Registration fees include two receptions, morning and afternoon coffee breaks and one banquet dinner ticket. Registration fees do NOT include breakfast, lunch, other dinners, or transportation costs. Additional banquet tickets (for non-registered companions) will cost $60 each and can be purchased during online registration. For the banquet, if you have special dietary restrictions please note them in the Special Needs Requests box on the registration page. We will do our best to accommodate your request. The additional banquet ticket for non-registered companions does NOT include the receptions and coffee breaks.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be emailed to Luca Guazzotto (luca.guazzotto@auburn.edu) by close of business on Friday, April 20, 2018 (Central Time). No cancellation requests will be accepted after April 20. All cancellations will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee regardless of the reason for cancelling.

Auburn Lab Tours: Tours of some of the Auburn University fusion-plasma facilities will be offered mid-day on Tuesday during Sherwood 2018. The tours will last approximately one hour and will include CTH and MDPX. These facilities are in the Departments of Physics. Tour participants will walk between the Dixon Conference Center and the Auburn campus. Sign up for the tours when you pick up your Sherwood 2018 badge on site.
