Hotel Policies
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card number and expiration date. Name changes may be made to room reservations prior to arrival at the group rate.
Guest room reservations must be cancelled by 4:00 p.m. Central Time one day prior to arrival to avoid a one-night room charge. If you know you will be late, contact The Madison Concourse to discuss the delayed group arrival policy.
An early departure fee may apply if The Madison Concourse Hotel is not notified at check in.
